BELFAST HOTEL BOOSTED BY REFURBISHMENT

A hotel at the heart of Belfast’s stylish Cathedral Quarter has been given a six-figure makeover as part of a recent rebrand.

The former Ramada Encore Belfast has marked the completion of a £450,000 refurbishment, and has rebranded to Ramada by Wyndham Belfast.

All 150 standard rooms have been freshly decorated, including new beds, linens, throws and artwork.

An additional 15 executive rooms have also been created, with upgraded furnishings, including carpets, and Bluetooth speakers. Guests will also be greeted with welcome hampers containing bathrobe, slippers, drinks, snacks and additional toiletries.

Local charities have benefitted from the refurbishment work, with several items including pillows and duvets donated to Depaul, an organisation that supports the homeless and those at risk of homelessness.

Situated in the Regional Rural Business Centre on the outskirts of the Somerset town, the brand new hotel boasts 138 guest bedrooms, a spacious bar and restaurant, two meeting rooms and on-site car parking.
